Not only can Bee-fitters stay warm this winter, but they'll look cool with a Bee-fit Beanie. Costing just £6 they make a great stocking filler. Bee-fit Beanies will be on sale at our Children's Christmas Parties.

We are also running a Prize Draw! Photograph your child doing some form of excercise wearing their Bee-fit Beanie and be in with a chance to win.

Children's Christmas Parties

Children will be able to enjoy a party in the last week of term. Parties include Games, Music, Xmas songs, light refreshments & a surprise visitor.
There will be 3 parties to choose from.
Wednesday 14 Dec ~ 9.30-11am Worthing Leisure Centre
Thursday 15 Dec ~ 9.30-11am Worthing Leisure Centre
Friday 16 Dec ~ 9.30-11am St Mary's Church Hall
There will be an extra charge of £2 to include the cost of the gift for your child.

The Mini Kickers Monday afternoon and Tuesday classes during the week will run as normal.

There was a surprise visit from Mr Muscles' good friend Mr Bumble at the Bee-fit Summer Picnic & the Sponsored Toddle-walk

The Bee-fit summer Beach Party went ahead today at Goring Gap despite the weather threatening to stop the fun before it started. Thanks to everyone who came along & we hope you all had a great time.

The Bee-fitters took part in the sponsored Toddle-Walk in aid of Chestnut Tree House. We were so proud of you all and the job of collecting & counting up those donated pennies has begun.

Christmas is coming – Come and enjoy one of our children’s Christmas parties.

Children will be able to enjoy a party in the last week of term.
There will be 4 parties to choose from. Parties include Games, music, Xmas songs, light refreshments & a surprise visitor.
1. Monday 13 Dec ~ 9.30 – 11.00 am St Mary’s Church Hall
2. Wednesday 15 Dec ~ 9.30 – 11.00 am Worthing Leisure Centre
3. Thursday 16 Dec ~ 9.30 – 11.00 am Worthing Leisure Centre
4. Friday 17 Dec ~ 9.30 - 11.00 am St. Mary’s Church Hall
(There will be an extra charge of £1.50 to cover the cost of a gift for each child)

What's on this Summer

Our summer holiday sessions have been well received and are fully booked for August. We still have some space in our Fun Fitness Classes every weekday from September

We will be on Broadwater Green, Worthing, for national Playday (Aug 4th 10am-3pm). We'll have special offers for Fun Fitness Classes and Childrens Parties so come down and enjoy the day.

If your child is 5-7yrs old come along to Worthing Leisure Centre on 9th August (1.30pm-4.30pm) where we'll be holding a Bee-fit Bouncy Castle session.

Meet us at Bumps & Babes Bonanza

Come and meet us on the 25th June at the Wave Family and Children’s centre, Dominion Road, Worthing.

It will be transformed into the place to be for parents and parents to be. As part of Breast Feeding Awareness Week the event, running from 5pm - 8pm, is organised by MILK and intended to raise funds for and awareness of their work.

New Team Members

Bee-fit would like to welcome 3 new members to our team, David, Victoria & Holly. They join the existing Team of Tina, Sally, Mandy, Paula, Julia, Jo and Mr Muscles.

These new team members will be training over the summer, and making more regular appearances from September 2010.

Fantastic Fundraising Achievements

Tina raised a huge £3000 for Chestnut Tree House after a very successful charity concert night on 20 March.

We are also proud to announce that Julia completed the London Marathon on Sunday 25 April, raising money for the charity SANDS. WELL DONE

Bookings for our Childrens' Parties have gone mad and dates are filling throughout the spring.

We're actively looking for new team members to cope with demand but finding the right people takes time. If you are thinking about having a Bee-fit party for your kids please don't delay. Even if you aren't sure about details yet Contact Us and we can pencil you in before all dates are full.

March Madness & Raffle Prizes

As by now you should all be aware this year is a special one for our Tina, and to mark it she decided to organise an event in aid of the Chestnut Tree House

The evening looks to be a great one with Madness tribute band The Los Palmas 6 & DJ performing, free of charge, plus Field Place have kindly contributed use of 'The Barn' for the evening.

There are just a handful of tickets left and now Tina is actively promoting the raffle. Over 30 Sussex based businesses have generously donated prizes, including a signed Madness CD, £100 vouchers from Executive Cars & another from Worthing Kung Fu School. Plus Worthing Leisure Centre have donated a 3 month Fit4 membership

If you're unable to attend March Madness but you'd like to buy some raffle tickets Contact Tina and don't forget all proceeds from the evening and raffle go to Chestnut Tree House so please give generously.

Chestnut Tree House is the only children's hospice in Sussex and cares for children and young adults from 0-19 years of age with progressive life-limiting and life-threatening illnesses from all over the county.

Mother & Toddler Group Parties

School Healthy Eating & Fitness weeks

Worthing schools are running Healthy Eating & Fitness weeks. Bee-fit provide sessions which meet the needs for the national curriculum Key Stage 1 pupils, helping to enforce the aims for the week, with a big emphasis on having fun. If your child’s school is not already running something similar please let us know or speak to the school office or head teacher, we'd be happy to help out.
