Our fully qualified exercise to music instructor, Tina Le Merle, has 20 years of aerobic class experience. The classes are set to music and are designed to be fun, motivating and for all abilities. To keep you motivated, a varied programme is offered, and the aerobic section routine runs for 6 weeks. A Typical class structure offers a total body workout: Warm up 5 minutes - small movements, mobilising joints Aerobic section 20 minutes - hi / lo, keeping up the heart rate to burn calories, low options offered with lots of encouragement to keep you motivated. Muscular strength exercises 25 minutes covering ; arms, legs, bums, tums and back. - sometimes this sections is utilised for circuit training Stretch, warm down 10 minutes. Total session - 1 hour. Classes will consist of 45 minutes low impact aerobics followed by a 15 minute optional weigh in & health advice.
